Fill In The Blank Friday

Following suite with Lauren's Fill In the Blank Friday over at the little things we do again!

1.   The holiday season is     supposed to be about love, gratitude, and cheer.

2.   Snow makes me   feel like a little kid. I have been wishing for snow every day for about the last month. A few inches shuts the whole city down--I'm hopeful it'll happen sooner rather than later.

3.  The best comfort food to eat when it's cold out is    the standard answer of soup, but this year I'm thinking some melty homemade Mac N Cheese sounds AWESOME!

4. Winter is the best time for    cuddling, warm fuzzy blankets, extra tea & coffee, fresh-out-of-the-oven cinnamon rolls, soup, long sleeps, and snowmen.

5.  I can hardly wait for    a) my out-of-town friends to arrive for the holidays, b) holiday break from one job, c) our christmas tree, d) a few days back "home."

6.  When it comes to holiday gifts I prefer to    pass on them. I and most people I know truly have everything they NEED. I'd rather give the gift of cheer & time, because that's the best gift of all.

7.  If I were to rate my excitement about the holiday season on a scale from 1-10, I would say I am at about a    5.5. If I was going to have a LONG work break from both jobs, it'd be a 10....once the term is over I'll be closer to a 8.

HAPPY DECEMBER!!

haha Sometimes we think so similar.. I plan on doing this Friday post too because I enjoy seasonal things (plus I like pre-made post ideas sometimes!) AND I am pretty sure I will do a "What I am Loving Right Now" post which is similar to your other one. :)

I love reading your writing- so many times I nod my head and mm in agreement to what you say. :)

Love ya!
